Function design of six degree of freedom platform:


1. Position control: When the system issues a command, the six electric cylinders of the platform can expand and contract within the limited range of the system according to the command, enabling the motion platform to achieve the target motion of six degrees of freedom in space.


2. Limit system: When a certain electric cylinder of the six degree of freedom motion platform exceeds its motion range, the limit system must detect this problem and immediately feedback the limit signal to the upper control system. The system will issue an alarm and take corresponding protective measures.


3. Servo alarm: When the six degree of freedom motion platform encounters overload alarm, battery alarm, encoder communication alarm, vibration detection alarm, heat dissipation system overheating alarm and other problems, the system will immediately issue a servo alarm. By turning off the servo or prohibiting input with command pulses, the servo motor will be turned off to protect the motion platform in a timely manner.


4. Human machine interface: The control system should provide a user-friendly interface that is easy to operate and control. The interface should include: control scheme selection, parameter initialization, basic command input and output, etc; The synchronous display of feedback parameters such as the position and posture of the platform, the expansion and contraction of the electric cylinder, speed, and their motion curves; The current operating status of the servo control system, etc.


5. Emergency stop device: When the system issues a serious fault alarm, if the platform cannot be stopped in a timely manner using the control button, the entire system power can be directly cut off through the emergency stop device, causing the platform to immediately stop moving and avoiding serious accidents such as collision damage to the moving platform.


6. Zero search and positioning: There need to be control buttons on the human-machine interface that can automatically return the platform to the zero position or locate any position within the limited spatial range.


7. Automatic detection: After the system is powered on, it immediately starts to detect whether each component module of the servo control system is running normally, and promptly reports the detection results to the upper computer.
