The six degree of freedom motion platform consists of the following parts:
1. Dynamic platform
On the platform: Connect mechanisms that require simulated actions, such as the cockpit, seats, etc.
Upper and lower hinges: The installation accessories here use universal joints with large angles. The upper hinge link is used to connect the piston rod of the upper platform and the electric cylinder, and the lower hinge link is used to connect the fixed base and the cylinder of the electric cylinder. The stroke, speed, and overall platform load of the electric cylinder can be customized according to customer needs.
Lower platform: Install fixed base.
2. Computer control system control cabinet
Platform motion control unit: using a servo control unit with a driver and an action signal receiver to achieve the start/stop of the platform system. Receive control information from the upper computer, control the motion of the electric cylinder, monitor the working status of the servo motor driver, monitor the motion status of the monitoring system, complete fault handling, and carry out safety protection work.
Signal processing unit: responsible for processing various sensor signals, test signals, and digital I/O signals related to the motion status of the platform system, as well as driving servo drivers.

3. System control software
The software for motion control computers includes motion control software and logic control software, which can be easily connected to the computer for control.
For building a multi degree of freedom platform for entertainment, the actions of the game user can be captured by purchasing games (game software), and the action signals can be sent to the controller connected to the electric cylinder. The controller controls the driver to drive the extension and contraction of the electric cylinder, thus achieving a simulated effect.
